This error occurs when your account has been blocked due to spam complaints received through Feedback Loops (FBL). FBL is a mechanism where mailbox providers inform JetEmail when recipients mark your emails as spam.

What is a Feedback Loop Block?

A Feedback Loop block is a permanent security measure implemented when we receive spam complaints about emails from your domain. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Feedback Loops: Email providers send us automated notifications when recipients mark messages as spam
  2. Permanent Block: FBL blocks are permanent and cannot be automatically unblocked
  3. Domain-wide: The block affects all sending from the reported domain

How to Address This Error

Due to the serious nature of FBL blocks:

  1. You must contact JetEmail Support to discuss the situation
  2. Be prepared to provide:
    • Details about your sending practices
    • Steps you’ll take to prevent future spam complaints
    • Information about your email list collection methods

Note: FBL blocks cannot be self-service unblocked through the dashboard. These blocks require manual review by our compliance team.
